Retired IAS officer found dead at Bhopal home, police investigate

A 70-year-old retired Indian Administrative Service officer was found dead at his home in Bhopal on Wednesday, police said. The victim, identified as Rakesh Agarwal, was found with his throat slit at his residence in Suraj Nagar, within the Ratibad police station area, according to the supplied report.
