BBNaija removes Keivo after physical clash with housemate

Big Brother Naija contestant Victor Ikpe, popularly known as Keivo, has been disqualified from the “Show Ya Sef” season after a physical confrontation with fellow housemate Tram. Biggie announced the decision on Tuesday after calling the remaining contestants to the lounge and showing them clips of the incident. He said Keivo was the perpetrator and had therefore been removed from the competition.

“Violence is never an option,” Biggie told the housemates after announcing the disqualification. Keivo’s final appearance was when he entered the storeroom, according to the report. The incident began on Monday after Tram accused Keivo of taking a black shirt belonging to him.

Keivo denied the accusation, saying he owned a similar shirt and objected to being called a thief. The disagreement escalated, with Keivo throwing the first punch before other contestants tried to separate the pair. Biggie ordered the housemates to freeze and deployed three ninjas, who escorted Keivo from the house through the storeroom door.

Before his removal, Keivo became emotional while explaining his actions. He said the dispute was not simply about the shirt and that he did not want viewers to believe he was a thief or define his reputation by the incident. His name had earlier disappeared from the official voting platform, prompting speculation about his status.

The season’s grand finale is scheduled for October 4, with a reported N160 million prize for the winner.
