BSN Nigeria celebrates 82 MBA graduates at Amsterdam ceremony

Business School Netherlands Nigeria has celebrated the graduation of 82 new Action Learning MBA holders at a global convocation in Amsterdam. The ceremony took place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, and marked the completion of the graduates’ management education, applied research and practical problem-solving work. BSN said the latest class brought the number of Nigerian holders of its Action Learning MBA to approximately 1,156.

The wider BSN Nigeria community now exceeds 2,343 members, according to the institution. Its Action Learning model places real organisational and business challenges at the centre of study, requiring participants to examine assumptions, collaborate and apply decisions in practice. Prof Lere Baale, chief executive of BSN Nigeria, congratulated the graduates and urged them to use their qualifications to strengthen organisations and promote ethical leadership.

He said the value of an MBA should be reflected in the quality of decisions, the development of others and sustainable improvements. The ceremony included an address by Nigeria’s Ambassador to the Netherlands, Ambassador Dr Mohammed Idris Haidara. Dr Olumide Ajayi, a director of Business School Netherlands Nigeria, also encouraged the graduates to help their organisations remain competitive.

The valedictorian, Dr Olubunmi Fatungase, delivered an address to the graduating class. BSN also recognised faculty members, lecturers, examiners, Action Learning Coaches, Set Advisors, staff and the wider international team for supporting the programme. The institution said families, employers and colleagues had helped the graduates balance their studies with professional and personal responsibilities.

It encouraged the new alumni to remain active learners, support one another and apply their capabilities to challenges facing businesses, institutions and communities.
