According to the minister, AI-based services could help visitors create itineraries based on their interests, travel duration and requirements. They could also provide multilingual information and connect visitors with recognised tourism providers. The Tourism Department is working on technology-driven solutions, George said, without providing further details about their design or implementation timetable.
