Leaders and actors mourn filmmaker Singeetham Srinivasa Rao

Political leaders and members of the film industry have expressed grief over the death of veteran filmmaker Singeetham Srinivasa Rao. Durgesh also pointed to the filmmaker’s technical ingenuity in creating the dwarf character in Vichitra Sodarulu without modern computer graphics. Former Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy called Mr.
Singeetham a multifaceted personality who worked as a director, screenwriter, producer, music director and actor. Actor Nandamuri Balakrishna said the death was a great loss for Indian cinema. He recalled collaborating with Mr.
Singeetham on Aditya 369, Bhairava Dweepam and Sri Krishnarjuna Vijayam, and noted his association with the Nandamuri family.
