A pre-printed Form 7 has surfaced in Hyderabad’s Bahadurpura constituency during Telangana’s voter-roll revision. The form carries a voter’s details but no applicant’s name and appears not to have been submitted, as political workers investigate alleged plans for bulk objections.

A second pre-printed Form 7 has surfaced in Hyderabad during the Special Intensive Revision of Electoral Rolls 2026, prompting renewed concern from the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee about possible coordinated attempts to seek bulk voter deletions. The form was found in Bahadurpura constituency on Friday. It contains the voter’s name and address in printed form rather than handwriting, but does not include the applicant’s name.

The absence of that information indicates that the document was not submitted, according to the report. The discovery follows the emergence of similar forms in Musheerabad constituency on October 1. Those applications were alleged to have been filed by a Bharatiya Janata Party Booth Level Agent seeking deletion of 31 electors, including a Congress party Booth Level Agent and members of his family.

The matter reportedly came to light after a Booth Level Officer approached the family as part of an enquiry. The TPCC Election Cell has since begun investigating the issue across constituencies, based on information supplied by workers at the local level. Sources in the election cell alleged that forms had been distributed by constituency in-charges to division presidents, who then passed them to Booth Level Agents for filing objections.

They further alleged that the forms were intended to be submitted after October 1, potentially adding to the workload of election officials already handling a large number of pending hearings from the notice phase. The period for filing claims and objections ends on October 7. In the Musheerabad case, the signature of the Booth Level Officer was absent, indicating that the claims had not been uploaded to the Election Commission’s application.

R.V. Karnan, the District Election Officer and GHMC Commissioner, said election authorities would exercise due diligence while scrutinising Form 7 applications. The material supplied does not establish that the Bahadurpura form was submitted or that any voter was removed from the rolls.
