Officials were told to coordinate more closely to maximise financial benefits from government-owned land and other assets. Bhatti also asked them to fast-track approvals under the HILT Policy, particularly for park-related proposals without pending objections, and to ensure that money owed to the government was collected without delay. Bhatti directed the immediate rollout of tiger tourism initiatives, while Uttam Kumar Reddy proposed examining the tourism potential of the Nizam Guest House at Nizamsagar. The Deputy Chief Minister also ordered officials to speed up the establishment of caravan parks in three identified districts and conduct field reviews of major tourism projects.
