Former Congress MP to lead Dalit devotees at Tiruchanoor temple event

Former Union Minister and Congress MP Chinta Mohan will lead a delegation of Scheduled Caste devotees into the Tiruchanoor temple in Tirupati on October 13. The visit is intended to mark the centenary of the temple-entry movement associated with the Sri Padmavathi Ammavari temple. Mohan said a group of 33 Scheduled Caste devotees would enter the temple as part of the commemoration.
