Information and Public Relations Minister Kolusu Parthasarathy has urged 136 newly trained police constables to perform their duties sincerely and provide justice to people in need. At a passing-out parade in Eluru district, officials also stressed continuous learning as criminals increasingly use technology to commit offences.

Information and Public Relations Minister Kolusu Parthasarathy has urged newly trained police constables to carry out their duties sincerely and provide justice to people in need. Parthasarathy made the appeal on Saturday at the passing-out parade of 136 Stipendiary Cadet Training Police Constables at the District Police Training Centre in Pedavegi, Eluru district. The minister attended the event with Eluru Range Inspector-General of Police G.V.G.

Ashok Kumar, Collector K. Vetriselvi and training centre principal and Assistant Superintendent of Police Y. Prasad Rao.

Parthasarathy told the recruits to continue learning and keep their knowledge up to date. He said criminals were increasingly misusing technology to commit offences, making ongoing professional development important for police personnel. Ashok Kumar said the training provided at the centre would help the new recruits deliver better services to the public.

The constables received recognition at the passing-out event after completing their training. Eluru MLA Badeti Chanti, Vetriselvi and other officials congratulated the constables from Chittoor district who completed the programme. Deputy Superintendents of Police B.H.

Venkateswarlu, D. Sravan Kumar, K. Jaya Krishna and K.V.V.N.V.

Prasad were among the other officers who attended. The event marked the entry of the 136 trained personnel into police service, with officials placing emphasis on public service, fairness and the need to respond to technology-enabled crime through continuous learning.
