He later told his mother that the teacher had sexually assaulted and threatened him. The boy also told his mother that a similar incident had allegedly occurred two days earlier. His mother informed the boy’s father, who filed a complaint with the police on January 4, 2025.
Police registered the case under Section 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 5(f)(l) and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
